Arctic Circle Photo Diary

My Arctic Circle trip was memorable in many ways. With the short daylight time I had, I was able to take a lot of photos of the picturesque snow-covered landscape that surrounded me. I didn’t realize until I saw all my photos on the computer how much I loved the outcome of the winter images. There’s just something pure and magical about snow. It brightens up any scenery.

I hope these photos can somehow convey what I felt (which was in awe) when I was there and help transport you even for a moment to this almost fairy-tale like place. Here are some of my favorite images…
